Babataher Hamedani, known as “Babataher naked”; He is a poet and mystic of the fourth and fifth centuries AH. “Baba” was a nickname given to pious elders in the past, and the title “naked” was due to his heartbreak from worldly belongings.
In our time, the naked Babataher is best known for his sweet and charming couplets. Most of Babataher’s couplets are written in Lori dialect. Babataher loves God, nature and being human. In his speech, he speaks many times about the beautiful mountains, plains and rivers of Iran, the land, good behavior and morals and praise of God. The height of Sardis Babataher is about 30 cm and its weight is less than 2 kg. The statue is made of fiberglass and was made in the “Statue and Sculpture of Shahriar” workshop. In this Sardis, the creator shows the head of Babataher completely and puts a book on his body. His name is engraved on the book. It was as if the creator wanted the viewer to recognize him immediately after seeing Sardis from the name written on the book.
